Lavender Whirligig

Painted during the first Lockdown 2020 when nature and wildlife gained respite from human activities, these bees and lavender flowers are enjoying the merry-go-round of nature and its natural, changing rhythms and cycles.

While the rest of the world slowed down during this time, the blooming lavender freely danced in the breeze and the bees clung on in the revelry of spring.
