Welcome to Claire Murthy's portfolio of wings and wild things: contemporary fine art of birds, bees, beauties, beasties and fairy-world beloveds.

A small number of original pieces and limited-edition archival prints, occasionally hand-embellished, some with gold leaf, will be made available once or twice a year.

This is my online collection of paintings and drawings that I can’t let rest: drawn to its beauty and looking for the magical in the wildlife I depict -  searching for its soul in our world, sometimes finding it in another - ideas pursued as an obsession.
